You simply upload your document image or PDF, adjust the brush thickness slider, and draw a red mask over the watermark logo or text. When you press Erase, a local mathematical texture synthesis algorithm (inpainting) scans the margins, isolates the watermark, and seamlessly blends the selected region with neighboring pixels.
Is it safe and secure to upload documents?
Yes, 100%. Unlike other websites, this tool does not upload your documents or pictures to any server. All processing (rendering PDFs, drawing masks, and applying cleanup filters) runs locally inside your browser cache. None of your data leaves your device.
Can it erase watermarks from multi-page PDFs?
Yes. When you load a PDF, the editor enables page selector buttons. You can navigate page by page, erase the specific watermark on the selected page, and export the resulting clean page back to an image or save/recompile it as a PDF document.
Why does inpainting give blurred pixels?
If the brush mask covers too much area outside the watermark, or if the background has complex multi-color details, the algorithm might blur. To get clean results, draw your mask carefully right over the watermark with a matching thin brush size. You can use Zoom In to draw with precision.
