Smart CSC Tools provides a suite of 84+ web-based utility tools for Common Services Center (CSC) VLEs, Jan Seva Kendra operators, and general users. These tools include PVC Card Printing Utility, Photo & Signature Resizers, CSC Billing Software, PDF Converters, and AI Utilities.

Smart CSC Tools is a privately owned, independent online utility website. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, Digital India, UIDAI, Income Tax Department, Election Commission, or any Government Ministry/Department.

All trademarks, logos, and government document formats referenced belong to their respective official authorities. Our tools are provided solely for formatting, cropping, and printing helper functions.

4 Acceptable Use Policy (स्वीकार्य उपयोग नीति)

• Generate, format, or print fraudulent, forged, or unauthorized identification cards.
• Tamper with official government records or create fake official documents.
